Next week, we'll discuss spatial data. Please install QGIS and spatialite software on your laptops, if you don't already have them.
There is no exercise, but I encourage you to prepare for the course by downloading sample spatial data (raster and vector (shapefile)) from the open data portals to open in QGIS (see course notes) and the SQLite database with spatial data from GitHub to open it in spatialite.
